Careers at Relative Media
Open Positions:
Intern
Relative Media is taking five interns. Only one will endure to this non-paid position.
You’ll be posting, scheduling, and replying to comments on social media. At your age, the work should come naturally, so we assume you don’t need training.
This will be your first job. Which means when you leave, you’ll finally be able to say you’re experienced. You’re welcome.
What You’ll Do:
Take the visuals we hand you and get them online.
Keep feeds alive without making them look fake or scattered.
Outlast four other contenders who also think they want this job.
What You Won’t Do
Design logos, invent campaigns, or pretend you know strategy.
Redesign anything we give you.
Wing it.
What We Need From You
Instinctive knowledge of social media platforms.
Ability to follow directions.
Natural Energy.
Compensation
You will learn everything they don’t teach you in school.
Why Work With Us
We’re a small, flexible team that values creativity, curiosity, and respect. We work hard, think strategically, and collaborate closely with our clients to deliver design and messaging that naturally connects. If you’re looking for meaningful work, a supportive environment, and a space where your ideas are taken seriously, we’d love to hear from you.
To apply: Send us something that proves you can follow instructions and still stand out. Bonus points if it makes us laugh.
The Intern Application Questions (Please answer to the best of your ability.)
How would you gaslight someone tactically without them realizing?
If accused of something you didn’t do, how would you redirect the narrative?
What’s the fastest way to make chaos look like strategy?
When a post underperforms, how do you blame the algorithm convincingly?
What’s one method you’d use to survive weaponized morality?
Give an example of a time you turned something fake into something functional.
If five interns enter and only one endures, why should it be you?
